Junk Removal Pricing in Miami
What Does Junk Removal Cost in Miami?
There is no single answer, and any company that gives you one before seeing the job is guessing. What a job costs comes down to how much there is, how hard it is to reach, and what the material is — so instead of a price list we give you a real number for your job.
Answer three quick questions below — what you need hauled, what kind of stuff it is, and how easy it is to get to — and you will see an estimate right away. No phone call needed to find out.
We follow up to confirm the details and lock in your final price before we ever load anything. Licensed Miami-Dade waste hauler #17079, insured, 22 years in South Florida, available 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
Would rather just talk to someone? Call (305) 634-2749 or book a pickup online. Same-day service is often available.

What Makes One Job Cost More Than Another
Four things move the number up or down. Here is how each one works.
- How much there is. Volume is measured in cubic yards — how much room the load takes in the truck. A typical job we run in Miami is around 12 cubic yards. A full property clear-out can be several times that.
- How hard it is to reach. A driveway load is quicker than a third-floor walk-up. Stairs, long carries, reserved elevator windows and tight alleys all add crew time, and crew time is most of what you are paying for.
- What the material is. Construction debris, concrete and tile weigh far more than furniture, and heavier loads carry higher disposal charges. Mattresses, tires and certain electronics need separate handling and are priced separately.
- Where the property sits. Disposal facility fees differ from site to site, and properties inside the City of Miami Beach carry a municipal franchise fee. Both are itemized on the invoice rather than buried in one number.
That is why there is no price list on this page. A flat list either overcharges the easy job or underprices the hard one — and you would find out which on the day. The estimate above asks the three questions that move the number most, so you get a figure for your own job before anyone comes out.
Managing a building or a portfolio? Recurring volume accounts are worked out differently from one-off pickups — ask, and we will price it against your actual monthly volume.
